Pamela Simmons Lee – Finance & Accounting
Pamela dedicated a decade to a Fortune 500 company, employed as Regional Director, responsible for Institutional Accounts before leaving to pursue a personal calling. This move resulted in three young adults having been raised in a parent involved and present home environment. She served on the Board of Advisors for a professional services company to Infrastructure. Pamela is an actively dedicated volunteer to such non-profits as the American Red Cross, Sexual Assault Victims Advocacy (SAVA), the Poudre R-1 School District and others. She is the Co-Founder of 4C Solutions and was named its CEO in 2014. Pamela graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Business Degree.
H Paul Cohen, Esq. – Contracts & Risk Management
Paul’s legal career spans more than four decades. He began as a Deputy District Attorney. This was followed by private practice, with a concentration on commercial litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. He joined a professional services consulting firm to Infrastructure in 1999 as General Counsel. In 2006, Paul was appointed General Counsel to a publicly traded energy sector services firm, which employed some 3,000 professionals and related personnel. Mr. Cohen has the rare ability to facilitate working contract processes and risk management practices that effectively apply to multiple specific business models. Paul received his Bachelor of Science Degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado and his Juris Doctor from Westminster College of Law, University of Denver.
Hal S. Ozanne – Personnel & Operations
Hal’s experience in Infrastructure dates back more than four decades. His operational focus has been on industrial projects, primarily in the oil, gas, electric, railroad and telecommunications sectors. Hal is an industry recognized published author on the topic of best practices in pipeline project execution. His managerial experience ranges from Project Manager to Company President. Mr. Ozanne has held leadership roles integral to the success of many of the largest Infrastructure related capital projects in North America. Hal earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
Michael Lee – Services & Strategy
Michael joined a national integrated engineering, land and regulatory consultant to linear Infrastructure in 1987. While there, he advanced to President/CEO. In 2006, a publicly traded corporation acquired the company. Mr. Lee served on the Executive Leadership Team in the dual capacities of Senior Vice President – Engineering; and President/COO – Field Solutions. Subsequently, and prior to joining 4C Solutions, he was Senior Vice President and led the Senior Leadership Team for an international, publicly traded, E&C contractor to Infrastructure. Michael attended the University of Northern Colorado, earning a Bachelor of Science Business Degree.
Joe McDonald – Automation & Technology
Joe began his career in the technology industry, where he spent 10 years building and leading teams across a variety of disciplines. With a focus on Operations, Joe excels at breaking down the Big Picture into actionable, measurable milestones. At 4C Solutions, Joe is responsible for ease of use, automation, and customer success. Joe holds a BA from Hobart College.
Caitlin McDonald – Media & Marketing
Caitlin has spent her career building client businesses with thoughtful, effective marketing. Her data-driven approach to marketing is complemented by her ability to translate the numbers into people and customers. At 4C Solutions, she is responsible for marketing strategy where she optimizes website functionality and marketing distribution. Caitlin holds a BA in Mathematics and Anthropology from Colby College and her MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
