We do this by replacing the traditional RFP process, wherein service companies make representations of qualifications and quality results in exchange for huge multipliers, caveated change order provisions and budget-blowing scope creep.
In short, the old “bait and switch” tradition to service company retention is neutralized within the transparency of our model. You know precisely the resource(s) you are engaging, because you make each assignment, commensurate with your desired specifications. Expert Sub-Consultants hand-selected to fit your needs.
As a client, you will have full search capabilities of Sub-Consultant profiles and you may message a Sub-Consultant to see if they are a good fit for your needs. When you have decided upon a Sub-Consultant to engage, you will have the opportunity to Create a Work Order through 4C Solutions and draw up your contract.
All invoices for projects through 4C will be collated for ease of accounting and reports are available on a work order basis to increase transparency.

Sub-Consultant Profile
Your Profile is the place to showcase your experience, expertise, interests and engagement parameters. You must be doing business as an Independent LLC or like corporation.
This is a 1099 proposition, structured for all parties to comply with guidelines as set forth by the IRS, as well as to adhere to State and Federal Departments of Labor criteria.
When you are working with a Client, you will receive a work order through 4C Solutions to agree to. From here, you may Submit Invoices for your services and agreed upon expenses.
Our Sub-Consultants are able to maximize their compensation compared to the traditional support services model in Infrastructure.
